Applies after 6pm and on Saturdays Relocation Management – $110 per hour (incl. GST). Billed in 15-minute increments Additional Costs • Parking fees: charged as incurred. • Travel: First 30 minutes / 30km free. After that: $110/hour per staff / $0.95/km • Errands/shopping: travel time from/to office applies Quotes & Variations • Quotes are based on initial inspections (in-person or photos) • Final scope may change once items are unpacked • You will be charged for actual time worked Service Conditions • Work begins at the agreed start time, regardless of delays by removalists or third parties • TLG staff cannot remove items from removal trucks (insurance & safety reasons) Cancellations & Changes(Required) I have read and agree to the the cancellation and charges.Start Time Changes – Changes within 2 hours of start time are not accepted. Charged will behin from original booking time. Cancellation Fees – Less than 48 hours’ notice: $440 per staff member / Less than 24 hours’ notice: Full booking fee charged Health & Safety (OH&S)(Required) I have read and agree to the OH&S requirements.We cannot work in unsafe environments, including: • Asbestos or suspected asbestos dust • Mould, vermin, parasites • Bodily fluids (human or pet) • Hazardous chemicals • Extreme clutter (hoarding conditions) If unsafe conditions are identified on arrival work will stop immediately and full booking fee will still be charged. Payments(Required) I understand and agree to the cancellation policy.Deposit – $880 (minimum 8 hours labour). You will be invoiced 24hrs prior to your job starting. All card payments are processed securely through Stripe via Xero. Applicable payment processing fees (if any) will be displayed before payment. Some jobs may require full prepayment Third-Party Costs – May include cleaners, materials, rubbish removal, etc. Payable on the day of service. Some items may require direct payment by you. Unpaid Accounts – Goods/services remain TLG property until paid. We may withhold services or items if payment is not received. Third-Party Services – TLG may recommend or arrange third-party providers. We do not guarantee their services. Any issues must be resolved directly with the provider. Liability – TLG is not responsible for Delays caused by third parties or Events outside our control (e.g. weather, transport delays).
